Happy (C)Hanukkah!

Arnold Schwarzenegger ... Not A Jew. But guess who is? Hall of Famer Rod Carew (he converted)

For all my Jewish Brothers and Sisters.... and all of those of you who who just like celebrating Eight Crazy Nights I bring you some of my favorite Chanukah, Hanukah, Hanukkah and Chanukkah songs:

The greatest Hanukkah song ever:
"The Chanukah Song" by Adam Sandler (mp3).
Buy album here

More Traditional:
"Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah" by The Barenaked Ladies (mp3)
Buy album here

Fun:
"Latke Clan" (mp3) and "How Do You Spell Channukkahh?" (mp3) both by The LeeVees (a Guster side project)
Buy album here

And just so you know non-Jews can get into the fun too:
"Hanukkah Dance" by Woody Guthrie (mp3)
Buy album here.
While he wrote "Haukkah Dance" on his own, Woody Guthrie apparentely co-wrote a bunch of Jewish songs with his second wife's (who was Jewish) mother, Aliza Greenblatt. She was a Yiddish poet. Many of those songs, including "Hanukah Tree", "Hanuka Gelt" and "Hanuka's Flame" were later included in an album called Woody Guthrie's Happy Joyous Hanukkah by The Klezmatics. That album can be found here

Don't eat too many latkes.
