Here is an article written by Andrew Bird in the New York Times. He talks about recording his new album at the Wilco loft space in Chicago. If you're interested in the recording process its a good read. If you're not it will just come off, as Bird put so well, as "studio geekery". Hopefully his new stuff will sound as good as the work off his last album, Armchair Apocrypha.
